No help from FNB

I have been trying to get 2 of my accounts closed. Namely my simply save and my money on call accounts from November. I was asked to send a signed copy of my ID which I did but I never got a response. I emailed them to follow up but still didn't get a response. I called them and I was transferred from department to department and in the end my call was cut off. I was given this reference number back in November ***
