No help from consultants and branch
I called on Tuesday the 12 may requesting a prescription letter for my debt on the 14th I called back the lady escalated the matter I received a email this moring with the letter
Since the moring I spoke to over 25 agents including Thusego mogostlheng (Manager ) Asanda collections K****so private banking For help as the document is not opening with my ID number no one from 8am this morning is able to assist
I when in to the fnb branch at greenstone mall also for assistants he guy gave up there as well as the agents keept cutting the call this is terrible service from fnb
