NO help from Call Center, 30 Minutes on hold - not resolved.

3 debit orders went off of my account this morning.

They have now been returned as "No Funds". I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH FUNDS FOR THESE DEBITS ORDERS AVAILABLE. To make things worse, i have now been charged R300.00 bank charges due to this.

After 20 minutes on hold, an agent was unable to assist me, and transfered my call. After another 10 minutes on hold, the line was cut off.

I want a manger to contact me ASAP, and before this afternoon, also, the R300 bank charges WILL be returned before COB today, and a letter stating what the issue was on FNBs side supp**** to me, to forward on to the companies who will now show that i have missed a payment.

I take this in a very serious light, and await your urgent response.

This issue is STILL unresolved.

I have had no feedback apart from a phone call on Tuesday. I still require a letter from FNB stating the error was on your side, as I am now receiving emails regarding the unpaid debit orders.
