No help from anyone

What a complete waste to time to have a service available for customers but they can't assist you ... disappointing, really... I have been disputing an amount deducted from my account now for the past 2 months, FNB just started deducted R269 for connect topup which i didnt sign up for or agree to and now that i want to dispute it, nobody is able to assist me... Please stop taking my money FNB
