NO HELP FOR SMALL, WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS AT FNB

It is disappointing and demotivating as an Owner of a Small Business, especially a women-owned business this day in South Africa, to find it almost impossible to get help from FNB considering that you have your personal account, bond account and new business accounts with the Institution.

It is absolutely astonishing how secretive staff at FNB are to share the contact details of the CEO of FNB Business who seems to be extremely passionate about Small Business Development (especially women owned businesses) in South Africa. This is an individual who is always in the public eye leading summits, conferences, etc. but it is AMAZING how difficult it is to get into contact with him.
