No help!

I have been trying to speak to someone at FNB regarding money paid into my cheque account since this morning. First I went to a branch, where no 1 there knew how to help me, then I've been on the phone the rest of the time, and NO ONE can help me! They keep transferring me to the next person, who can also not help me, and also transfers me! This is ridiculous!
