No help, covid19

Due to covid 19 i am at home and it is unforseen circimstances i am at home. I work for a tmc that is predominately government and corporate clients. Due to the uncer*****y of the economic i am at home. I have requested to have a break on my loans only to be notified i had a break in january on my loans. Does fnb not acknowledge his clients in thia difficult time. I am trying to be as active to put my loans on hold and nor go into default. Everything is paid up, never missed a payment. Fnb....
