No Help, constant pending transactions

I have tried get answers for multiple days to understand why my pending debit authorisation amount has been increasing despite not purchases being made. I was transferred from one consultant to another, just to be told that they cannot provide me with the pending transactions on my account. Yet under transaction history it shows a purchase of R42 yet pending debit authorisation shows as R772
