NO HELP AT ALL

BEEN EMAILING AND CALLING FNB WITH NO RESPONSE!!!I have an amount coming off my account that I don't know about and I made a payment on the 31/10/2021 and the money still hasn't come through. The app doesn't work...Just a mess
