No help at all
My Daughter did an e-wallet to her sister on the 14 Sept and she did not receive the pin to withdraw it so. my younger daughter did another e-wallet and that went through and was withdrawn successfully. However, now we are trying since 14 Sept to reverse the first e-wallet. we tried the USSD code it did not work to give us another pin. So we called the call center 4 times.. On the last call we were told the funds could not not be reversed as my older daughter had used R5 to buy airtime as she thought she might need airtime to get the pin.
Then we were told we can withdraw the balance but using the USSD number which i explained did not work. then there was no help i also informed the consultant i do not have much airtime and i might gt cut off.. The consultant kept saying im trying to help you but she was no help at all.
So how do we get the funds back if the USSD code doesn't work and we cant get a pin
I am highly disappointed in FNB as i never in a million years thought this is the type of service i would be getting from them.

She was called once when when was at the hospital so she could not answer the cell. She was then contacted via email to arrange a time to call . she scheduled for the next day there was. no call no contact. Then she was emailed again once again to schedule a time to call she scheduled for the next day again there was no call or contact. She was then contacted via SMS asking if this issue has been resolved she tried to reply but could not as she had no smss or airtime.
This complaint reference number *** has not been resolved as of yet.
The fact that consulants schedule to call but do not then SMS. Why did they not call are your resolution consultants only calling clients once thereafter they don't
