No help after being a client for 44 years

I have been with FNB for 44 years. My husband and I had home loan, which we have paid off. (Before the time ) I had a business account. My husbands salary was paid into the FNB account for all these years. We have had overdrafts, loans, you name it and never in all the years has FNB had to ask us, remind us, write letters to us, or anything to repay the loans / overdrafts. Now we need a loan for R20 000.00 and I am told we do not have an income. I get a rent income and my husband his pension. It is a insult. They do not bother to check our FNB record or our credit record which is spotless to say the least. I have nothing more to say except that I am disgusted. While I am at it; their service has gone down and I have been wanting to change banks for a long time. This is the last straw. I am very aware that there are risks but are we going to start being bad customers after all these years?
