No help
I received a Phishing link on Monday last week. It said it was for R5 owing to post office for a parcel I was expecting. It took me to South African post office website to pay. After paying the R5 owing R7000 came off my account from Comp Asia in ASIA. After reporting to ***** and being de*****ed of R7000 I was advised it was NOT ***** as I had approved the transaction. The same day I filed a dispute to the debit card team. 1 week later and it’s because transferred to the ***** department. Received the below today.
FNB :-) Ref No *** Your disputed transaction is related to *****. Your query was forwarded to the ***** Department. Please contact ***
The ***** department cannot help.
I phoned ***** department to advise them to send back to debit card disputes and they transferred me to ***** follow ups when they said they were transferring to debit card. They then transferred me to debit card disputes except it was e bucks. 40 minutes on the phone. I am beyond shocked at the service. I advised when the transaction was still pending.
I never ordered anything from comp Asia and will never get any items from them. I require a reversal but getting no help.
Ready to leave FNB. I advised them when it was still pending and now it’s off my account and I can’t survive the month financially.
