Good Day
I need help,,I have settled my loans but the bank cannot provide me with the paid up letters its a matter of emergency I cannot wait for 45 days to get the letters i need them now
Before paying i did ask at the bank about the letter and they said i will get it immediately,,
They have given me the settlement amount and i paid ecxactly that amount but now they say they cannot close it because i have paid more
They have given me something called interim paid up letter for one loan and i don’t need it i need the paid up letter as in yesterday
