No help
I was asked by FNB ago provide a signed letter stating my intent to close my checking account and advised I would receive a lid up letter in 5 business days. This is was not the case. It seems every time I need help from FNB i must come write a poor review then only is the service forthcoming. I spoke to carol this morning who brushed me off and only gave me Benjamin Matebesi email address?? So please FNB provide me with the paid up letter for my cheque account
