No Help

Good day

I have a home loan with FNB. Last year I have requested them to switch pay rate type from variable to fixed rate as Zuma has being doing as he please which in didn't help our interest rate. I have been taken from pillar to post regarding changing it back to variable. I'm told I have a contract which expires next year, but my last payment is in 2030. Why must fixed rate be fixed to a mini contract with contract. I didn't even sign that mini contract. All I know the rate can be changed at any time. Why I'm I denied the right to change my interest rate? I'm pleading with you NRC and HRC to please assist me so that the issue can be resolved. In the main time I will also follow up with Hello Peter to see if he can be able to assist me. Account number ********** 779228 Contact number ********** 338
