No Help

I approached FNB home for assistance on a small home loan. The property is being rented and the tenant has now become a squatter on debt rescue. The agency board advised that the eviction could take over a year to complete. This is the only income i receive so my position is not good.

In an attempt to not leave FNB in the lurch an approach was made for their assistance. i have access to a pension fund but it does not cover the balance completely so i would need their help in settling the debt or some solutions. In an attempt to get some feedback i requested an executives contact details. The only response i received was from Shantell Ryan who imp**** that i was trying to ****** a discount out of the bank. She ignored all the circumstances surrounding the problem.

I expected more from the bankers i have been loyal to for 35 years.
