No help

I needed assistance with a refund yesterday, so I decided to get help on the secure chat. Stefan did not read my response and promised to send me a form, which he never did.

Today, I tried again and was now connected to Lungelolakhe who asked questions and mentioned that he would transfer me to another department. I was then transferred to McClean who said he cannot understand my previous chat when all the information was there. He later said I am in the wrong department and he will transfer me back to the initial department, which he did. Then Tsholofelo said they can't assist at all and was very ****y. This is really disappointing.
