No Help

In March 2021 i called the FNB Call Centre to apply for a new bank account with FNB, saw that if you opened an account with FNB your account you would qualify for R1000 cash paid to your account, however since the account was opened in March 2021 i have not had the cash paid to my account so they blatantly lying just to get customers to open bank accounts with them.

trying to contact FNB to get an answer is a never ending of being put through to the next department as nobody wants to assist.
