No HELP

I recently hired attorneys to apply to have my debt counselling court order rescinded, and was successful. However, I have been trying to contact FNB via email and telephone since March to no avail. I sent numerous emails and all I got was an automated e-mail to say that they would come back to me etc however, no such luck. Also, I would like to challenge anyone to call their ***number and select option one, I waited on the phone for someone to answer for almost 29 minutes! It's ridiculous, all I want to do is make arrangements to pay my account directly to them.
