No funeral policy no fnb account

I opened my acc in september at jewellary school in virginia.Fnb staff came to us to open acc for us as we ddnt have active accounts.<br> Firstly i have a smart bond with u in jhb and at dat tym i ddnt have proof of adress however they took my frnd's proof of adress which is nt under her name and opened it anyway.cs u guys r afta sales mos.and we were made to sign funeral covers bcs u also afta sales.<br> A month later iwent tofnb branch in virginia to cancel da policy as my husband has few,i went straight to da lady dat opened it for me at school by da name of SOPHIE GUMEDE. And her exact words were if u ddnt take da funeral policy we were nt gonna be able to open da ccount for u,its no funeral policy no account.i then took her name down and tld her i was gonna fomplain but she cared less.<br> I month down da line debit order went off for 2 months and i stl want dat payment to be reserved 1st of all when i was free i went to da branch bt now i gt a job and left virginia and im always working i cnt go and reverseda payment as i want dat money i tried to cancel before it could be debited.<br> When m done im going to move my home loan and close this account surely sbsa or capitec will gladly help me
