No funds charge when did it happen

Its 2023 and fnb is still the worst bank u can get they claim everything u can do on the app but its acttualy just a dream they have and a nightmare for the client. I was charge 200 rand for no funds but for the love of me i cant see when it happened fnb please explain.....
