No Fs given from FNB
I have been a customer for 1 month with FNB. In this time I had various unpleasant encounters after being constantly begged to do the “FNB SWITCH CAMPAIGN” because my employer also banks with FNB.
I must say this was the worst mistake ever to switch to FNB.
Absolutely no customer service for a “Premium Client. Lies told about the service you can expect.
To top it all of I have now been waiting for more than a month for somebody to assist me with my FNB switch campaign benefit since the person at the bank dit not even mention this I had to find out about this from a colleague after receiving an sms!!!!!!!

After investigation you say. Okay so lets make this easy, which consultant explained this to me? You can arrange a meeting with me yourself and that consultant where a will pay for me and that person to undergo a polygraph test in order to determine who is laying.
With regards to your claim about the sms I received I copy pasted that exact message to your online chat service and was informed it was spam and that I should ignore it.
Let me guess you will now say that I am laying again.
I am again happy to take another polygraph test to that effect.
It is amazing how you would just assume I would just file a complaint without any merit. As if i have nothing else to do with my time!!!!
