No follow up on ***** case

I was ****med and opened a case with the police. I also immediately called the ***** line and had my card cancelled and a new card ordered (which has arrived already).

My credit card is insured by default with FNB yet I have not gotten my R10000 back not have I been contacted by the bank in over a week (since the 19th of January).

I feel like I am just getting ****med twice here...
