No follow up, no desire to actually address a customers' complaint

I'm writing a new review as they have still not settled my previous one, and I will keep doing so until they sort it out. I'm not going to waste my time phoning your call centre, waiting to speak to someone and then having to repeat my case over and over again. You just need to sort it out.
