No follow through on account application

I have recently app**** for a business banking account with FNB, after sending the initial documents almost 3 weeks ago, the application has been at a stand still. I have phoned the bank where one of the consultants claimed that I had not send the documents and thereafter he admitted that the bank was experiencing technical difficulties.<br> <br> I phoned again this morning and they claimed that they had sent me communication, which I had not received. In an attempt to find the said communications, the consultant could not locate these emails.<br> <br> <br>
