No follow through - FNB, please HELP me!

I have been contacted by FNB via email to FICA my business account. The first in I spoke to somebody who asked me to send all the information via email to her. I had to do it fast since she would not be there any more the following day. This was Bayihih Simmons(23 Feb 2023) I thought it was sorted out. Then I month later, I get another I mail to please update my business FICA. I phone again, this time the lady talk me through the process and she updates the information as we talk. This is Simphiwe(23 March 2023) I email the documents as requested and I do not hear from them again and now I have a third email to ask to comply with FICA for business . I phone speak to Shay/Shane and we are cut off. I am tired of trying to do the correct thing, taking my precious time and then there is no follow through on the FNB side. Is this possible?
