No FNB please

if I can give No star i will , FNB is the worst bank i have ever dealt with ,Direct axis assisted me with a grace peroid in 2020 that was actually a COvid loan from FNB , I have never missed a payment since 2020 . the loan where supposed to be settled in May 2025 , May 2025 no Debit order went off , I assumed the loan is settled , i had no contact with them since ever, I only dealt with Direct axis and that loan has been settled , all of a sudden I am listed as a default payer in Aug 2025 and I have an outstanding balance of R 617.68 ( statement I received after 2 hours on the phone ) shows R 617.50 . It took 13 agents to get this information
