NO FNB

I went under Debt review about 2 years ago With a debt counle company and the term was of the Debt review was agreed with FNB sins the we are struggling so they can restucture my account correct every time when my counselor calls them they have exuses and sayd it will take 21 working days it has been going on for 2 years already it is rediculous can anyone assist me because i want to settle my account but cannot because it is not corrected!!!!!
