No flexibility or Customer service

I have been banking with Fnb for years. I informed them on 5 January that my debit order date would change from the 20th each month, to the 29th. I was informed that the collections department would call me be to make arrangements because they have already loaded the inputs for January. This bank has no flexibility and is willing to ruin my credit score. I will be moving to Standard bank in 2 months. Thid is ridiculous .
