No Feedbank from FNB to settle and close accounts, previously also posted.

This is now my second posting on the horrific non performance by FNB. Dealing with them is exhausting. I've been busy with the process of switch my home loan away to another bank. Closing my Current Account, Closing my Credit Card. Home loans are just not providing updated settlement letters, amounts are incorrect. I've requested my Credit Card to be closed two weeks ago, requested a confirmation letter on this. Till today still nothing. The account has still not been closed. I have sent mails to my personal bankers, two of them actually, to home loans as well. Nothing. Absolutely pathetic. Can't get tough to a senior person to actually resolve this. All I want is to get rid of FNB. Please can someone at FNB please assist to close down or at least respond to my request.
