No Feedbackon Second Dispute

On 6 October, I e-mailed two disputes to FNB ***** Division. I received acknowledgement of the first dispute but not of the second. I then resent the second dispute but have still not, more than a working day later, received acknowledgement that this second dispute has been received. To whom can I send this second dispute for the third time so that I can receive a reference number for it?
