NO FEEDBACK until you complain here!!!!

I’ve spent hours trying to follow up on my ***** case. I keep being transferred from one department to the other. Last week I was transferred from one department to the other to sort out my first debit order for the home loan that will be debitted on an incorrect date. ***** case was reported on the 17 September n 12 days later now one has made contact with me. I’m very close to moving my business elsewhere. Your service is disgusting!
