No Feedback *****ulent transaction

I reached out at the beginning of July for assistance with an amount that was taken from my account on the FNB Messenger option and was sent a form to complete and email to *** besides a response received on the 12th stating that they are unable to locate this transaction to which I responded on the same day with all details I have received not further feedback or assistance. I also asked for a new Platinum Business Card which no one can assist with. This is ridiculous!
