No feedback to Complaint/

I am still waiting for someone to contact me in respect of a complaint I logged I logged on the 10th of July 2024. No response was recied to the email complaint to your complaints department. My reference is ***NF. At this rate ,it looks like you will make the same blunder as done in June.Can I get a call before the 24th? You are unnecessarily messing up my credit score.
