No Feedback Received Regarding My Credit Life Claims And It Has Been More Than 2 Weeks Already!!

I have been phoning Fnb Credit Life several times today and the phone just rings. I was on hold for 55mins and that is just the 1 call out of the 7 that i have made today.

I would like to find out how far FNB is with my credit life claim that i have submitted twice this month already. I feel it is very frustrating and unfair that i have to chase FNB to find out how far they are with my claim. I have been a loyal customer to FNB for many years now and feel that is very unprofessional. I have been retrenched and submitted my claim but haven't heard back from FNB. I am beyond frustrated!
