No feedback received regarding an urgent request

On the 2nd of August my business phone fell out of my pocket and the screen cracked. I rushed to Samsung to get it repaired so I could use it the next day. I have the repair warranty from samsung that covers such events.
However, when I got there, the warranty was not captured from the date of purchase but from the date of manufacturing. No problem, the repair centre required the proof of purchase so that they couls fix the phone.

I rushed back home and logged a request for the proof of purchase being a device I bought from FNB. I got confirmation that the request was submitted and that it would be attended to in ONE business day!

This is now Four day later and not a single peep from FNB. I pay FNB good money for services, maybe FNB should reciprocate with delivering with what they say they will.

You were not very understanding when my money was paid in late, so, I'm not pleased with this lackluster approach when my business is affected by FNB.
