No feedback received

Good day,

Since I have sent my complaint on Thursday 28th of April, I only received message from FNB that I will be contacted in 48 hrs. No one has phoned me.

Instead, I received the debit order authorization for the 24th of each month and the amount I didn't agree on. I responded telling them that my salary date is the 25th and wanted to understand how did they arrived on the amount they wanted me to authorize. No feedback has been received again on the email
