No feedback, outstanding information re-debt insurance, no integrity or sense of urgency. what are you hiding! credit card and cheque card

I asked your for my documents since 07 July 2020. to date i do not have those credit insurance documents. instead the information keeps changing the delays are becoming longer. the last response received from Moonsamy, Tamlyn is yet to get a response. Can you send me my rights to taking the matter further to the ombudsman because you are not treating me fairly, you are withholding information i should have sight of and you have negligently not comp**** with debt insurance compliance. please see below points raised with TAmlyn Monnsamy who didn't even confirm receipt of my email. how shady is that.

1. You have not attached the documents that confirm the cover you have confirmed on the body of your email. I would like it in writing where it confirms the insurance terms and conditions (including restrictions, limitations, waiting periods and exclusions). I would like this information for the credit card insurance and that of the overdraft. This information should have been included with the credit agreements I requested. 2. I need you to confirm a timeline on that overdraft, of when I received it and at what amount and what interest rate. Anytime the interest rate changed or the overdraft amount changed then I need you to confirm the dates. You can tabulate this information and also confirm details of when it was a gold, premier or fusion account as well. Because though as you put it, The Regulator (regarding the NCA regulations in August 2017) stipulated that loss of income needed to be included on new sales going forward and that this was not applicable to policies already sold. With the changes you made to my account of interest rate reviews and increase of the debt. Surely you should have reviewed the current rules for debt protection. Otherwise how is it an old policy and how do you choose what to leave out, if you do not even give me the option to be compliant with this rule from 2017. 3. While I wait a response for what I have highlighted on point 2, kindly give me the claim process regarding the credit card. With details of any forms that need to be filled in, where they must be sent, the turnaround time. As well as contact email addresses and numbers once a claim process is in motion. The information I have requested on point 1 should give me an idea of the eligibility criteria and benefit rules. Lastly in some of your advertising you have mentioned payment breaks for up to 3 months due to covid, please send me the terms and conditions of that. How it works and the eligibility criteria.
