No feedback or sense of urgency from this bank....

If I could , I would not give a star at all. Its been 4 weeks back & fourth with applying a readvance home loan & the service has been shocking. I have had my bond for over 8 years & never missed a payment . Finally approved after chasing for feedback ,I am told my signatures do not match , i must go to a branch , what happened to being a digital bank? , also i initially started at the branch & i was told to do it online. ... Totally disappointed
