No feedback or response on their applications

A while back sometime in October I tried to apply for insurance for a motorcycle I bought and they said a consultant will be in contact with me soon and I never received any feedback, I also wanted to buy gold coins and there was no feedback or even a response and last week I app**** for a credit card online and still no response.<br> <br> The service is pathetic and i'm very disappointed with the service I get these days from Fnb and I've been with fnb for a while now.
