No feedback or response on settlement letter.

Payplan has sent a request to you last month after I settled my loan to provide a settlement letter, you have failed to respond to them and have given no feedback. Please advise why have you not done so? It's such a simple exercise and you are causing major issues and delays for me to get my clearance certificate.
