No feedback or Refund on ********** transactions

I logged a ********** case on the 4th November 2021 after transactions amounting to R8912 went through my account and I have never received feedback to date. My account was blocked on the day, but there was more ********** transactions that went through after I left the bank on the 4th November.

I called the bank and I have sent emails to get a response on my case and it was all in vain.
