no feedback or help

i wanted to transfer my last money from my smart save account to my cheques account but accidentally transfer it to my credit card account which is under debt review so i cant transfer it back. I called the bank at the same time trying to reverse the transfer.( the transfer was still pending) and even went to a branch. They have log a request but still no feedback from them. I am on maternity leave and this is the last money i will be receiving for four months. I need to pay my last bills and buy food for the month, but it seems that i have lost my money due to no help from the bank.
