No feedback on switch to FNB

I completed my forms to switch my salary and debit orders from ABSA to FNB on 17 June 2015. On FNB's website they state that they will keep you informed of the progress. In more than a month I have not been informed if anything has been switched, what the status is of the switch - nothing. No feedback. My salary is still going to ABSA (second salary payment into ABSA after my switch). None of my debit orders are going off of FNB. When and how exactly are you supposed to keep us informed of the progress? I am paying bank costs at both FNB as well as ABSA? Thats almost R500 a month! How long is this still going to take?
