No feedback on stop orders that are unknown to me

I query on stop orders on my bank ac but can not get the information. THE GO TO GUY of me (private banker) change every day. On Friday the lady was not in. On Saturday the lady change to a man who also was of that day. On Monday it was another man who also was not in that day. It seams to me that the person that is of that day is my GO TO GUY. Their are stop orders that i want to find out how they became a stop order on my acc but FNB can not or will not wnat to help me.
