No feedback on service fee

On the 7th of October I made an enquiry regarding a service fee of R85 from September 16 on my business account. I was told someone would revert back to me by the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago.<br> <br> Can someone get in touch with me and please explain the service fee please?
