No Feedback on queries

Received a sms saying that my Flexi was suspended with an account number. I do not have a bond account with FNB and I have requested FNB to confirm this as I have also received a call from a lawyer confirming I have a bond with FNB. I urgently need confirmation on the fact that I have/ do not have a bond with FNB with property details as this is affecting me hugely at this stage
