No feedback on personal loan 3days later

I app**** for a loan 3 days ago at Greenpoint branch, Lorenzo told me it would take 24hours. To date i have not received feedback. Iv tried to call the call centre and with rach consultabt im told to hold for almost 30minutes. The service is atrocious.
