No feedback on my application for business overdraft facility.

Business banking: *** Can I please get feedback on my application for an overdraft facility for my business? I have been contacting FNB continuously and I get different responses in terms of how long approval will take. It is now over the mentioned period and I still don't get feedback. I get promises that an email will be sent to me and that the credit department will call me. Not happening. This is proving fatal to my business.
