No feedback on license renewal
Did my car license on line renewal via FNB. I have been notified that there is a issue on the licensing end and I cant get my new license, I need to go into the licensing department.
I have been waiting a week for someone to call me to discuss next steps but haven't heard a word and Ive paid 650 Rand.
Can someone call me today to discuss this please.

So far Ive been told I have a fine to pay which blocked my renewal but no one is telling me what fine and I just need to sort it out. Also that my money has been paid to the licensing department so I cant even get my money back which seems like a bit of a broken system.
So i can I please have some form of feedback in the form of a call where I can get the information that I need please.
